Use the search bar
Find a course, an LTI tool or a user from any page.
The search bar sits at the top left of every page. One search looks through courses, LTI tools and registered users at the same time.
Step by step
1. Type what you are looking for
Click in the search field, type a word or part of a name, and press Enter.
2. Read the results
The results page starts with a summary: how many courses, tools and users match. Below that are three sections, one per type.
| Section | Columns | The arrow in the Action column |
|---|---|---|
| Courses | ID, Course name, Unique ID, Registrations | Opens the course settings. |
| Tools | ID, Name, Version, Course ID | Opens the tool details. |
| Users | ID, Name, Email, First access, Last access | No arrow. Open the user in the Users page. |
Each section has its own filter fields under the table and its own pages.
