Linqur 20260907: Catalog with LTI 1.3 Deep Linking and update notifications
A catalog with LTI 1.3 Deep Linking and update notifications are new. Magic Link and the course overview are renewed. Three fixes, including progress for single SCORM Proxy activities.
New
- Catalog with LTI 1.3 Deep Linking: your customers now pick content from your catalog from within their own LMS. They select a whole course or a single SCORM activity, with the image, description, duration and number of activities shown per course. Selection works per category, with a select-all button, after which the selection can be narrowed down to single courses or activities.
- Update notifications: from now on you get a notification in Linqur as soon as a new version is live, with a short list of what is new, improved or fixed.
Improved
- Magic Link completely renewed: sign-up now works with a Microsoft or Google account, confirmation emails can be customised and you can invite users directly. Marketing consent and policies are now part of the sign-up process.
- Course overview: categories, course layout and shortname have been added to the overview.
- Faster user lists: large user tables load their data on demand. Counts above a thousand now have a thousands separator.
Fixed
- SCORM Proxy did not always pass the progress of a single shared activity back to the external LMS. Share single activities through the regular course format with the scope set to the activity.
- The theme footer at the bottom of the page has been removed.
- The Linqur UI was visible on error messages at the known public endpoints.
