We are excited to inform you about our Q2 2024 update for the Linqur platform. Next month, we will roll out new features and improvements, along with important security measures and bug fixes. Below are the key updates and changes.
For increased security, logging in with email is no longer possible. This prevents issues with LTI users who use the same email addresses. If you do not remember your username, please contact us at support@linqur.com.
After the update, you can create administrators and assign roles yourself (there are now two roles: Administrator and Manager). Administrators have more rights and can add, edit, reset passwords, delete, and assign admin rights to new managers.
New users will receive a guided tour on their first visit to each page, helping them quickly find their way. The tour can be restarted at any time via a button in the top navigation.
Personalize the platform by adding company information, a logo, and a brand color. These will be visible in platform emails and PDF exports of various tables, such as "Registrations" and "Users."
Add a Data Protection Officer who we will contact in case of a data breach. GDPR agreements and other relevant documents will also be placed here. We have pre-filled all known information.
Do you use a credit-based contract? An overview of ongoing contracts is now visible on the platform. See at a glance how many credits you have left and how long they are valid. Receive email warnings when credits are running low or when the contract is about to expire.
With improved functionality in tables, exporting, sorting, and searching are now even easier. Search by column, disable columns, adjust the order, and sort more easily. Issues with date sorting have been resolved.

This is just handy. Your course sorting preference in the course overview is now saved in the browser, so you don't have to sort again each time.
You can now send LTI information to multiple email addresses and preview the email before sending it. This way, you know exactly what the recipient will see in their mailbox. The emails are now personalized with your company logo for easy recognition.
LTI tools are now created with default settings, making you even more efficient.
On the Tool details page, it is now possible to view and export achieved results in a learning object (SCORM) in a report after the update. The overview shows the latest attempt, but it is also possible to view each individual attempt. Additionally, an overview will be shown with the average number of attempts, scores, time, and the percentage of successful attempts.
