Very likely. Linqur supports the common standards LTI 1.1, LTI 1.3 Advantage and SCORM, which covers almost all popular LMSs. Not sure? Ask us and we check it for you.
Yes. All six products are part of the same suite and share the same course library. Many customers combine the LTI Tool Dispatch with SCORM Proxy for clients without LTI, or with Sign-up URLs for participants without an LMS.
No. Uploading a package, publishing a tool and reading reports all happen in the web interface. The API is there when you want to automate, not because you have to.
Nothing extra. API access is included with every plan and we encourage customers to use it.
