Kwinzo has been working out of Bodegraven in the Netherlands since 2010, guiding organisations towards certification for ISO 27001, ISO 9001, NEN 7510, NIS2 and the Dutch IBP framework for primary and secondary education. Hundreds of organisations have been through that process with them. The company holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certification itself.
Their motto translates as 'certify smart, perform strong'. Behind it sits a view we recognise. A management system should contribute to what an organisation is trying to achieve. A folder of documents that only opens during the audit does nobody any good.

The implementation
We started on ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 together at the end of 2025. Our processes and ways of working were reviewed critically and revised where needed. That touched the whole team, not only the people running the project. Both certificates were in hand by the spring of 2026.
Internal audits
Kwinzo runs the internal audits on our management system. Their auditors look at more than whether we follow the standard; they look at whether the system does what it is meant to do. It doubles as the dress rehearsal for the external audit.
Keeping the ISMS current
An ISMS nobody maintains turns into a set of outdated documents within a year. Kwinzo makes sure the system stays current and keeps matching how we actually work.
A view from outside
Reviewing your own work mostly confirms what you already believed. An auditor from outside asks the questions that stopped being asked internally, and that is where the improvements are.
Why this matters to you as a customer
An ISO badge is quick to put on a website. What matters is whether there is a working system behind it that somebody tests critically. At Linqur that is Kwinzo, alongside the yearly assessment by the external certification body.
