Tom is responsible for Linqur's technical development and for running the client platforms, together with hosting partner Rootnet. He works on the suite and its front end, and knows the Linqur API inside out.
Tom also handles first- and second-line support. When you email support, the reply comes from the developer who builds and runs the suite. There is no help desk in between. Outside work, he travels and surfs.
